The SAYFR Loop app is meant to be a practical tool to support and guide you through your leadership development, and encourage you to challenge yourself. This app consists of small assignments to be executed by you in the senior management team during daily operation. Use the mini missions to learn how to use different leadership styles, and practice them to improve collaboration, and increase safety and effectiveness. The purpose is to practice collaborative leadership, learn from each other, and utilize best practices to develop the team.

The Mini Mission app is different from any regular Computer Based Training session. The idea behind the Mini Missions is to challenge you to try out new things, reflect on how your behaviour impacts other people and their behaviour, and discuss your experience with your peers. We want to support you in making your senior management team the very best senior management team in the industry.
