Yris is an office building located in the heart of the Cloche d’Or area, 10 minutes away from the city centre. With close main road access to the railway and airport, the Yris building has an excellent parking ratio for more than 300 inside parking spaces: one space for 30 sqm.

Yris is surrounded by greenery, it offers stunning views of green spaces as well as privileged access (five minutes by foot) to the largest park in the city that will be created in the Drosbach Valley. This natural park will include walking paths, rest and picnics areas, streams and ponds.
