iManSys: Your app for digital occupational health and safety

With iManSys you have a cloud-based software solution for the areas of health protection, occupational safety, quality and environmental management (HSQE & ESG).

With the iManSys app, your employee training can be carried out easily and conveniently on your mobile device (e.g. smartphone or tablet). The training status (overdue/pending/completed) can be viewed at any time. After the training, you can carry out an optional comprehension check.

You can also use the iManSys app to report dangerous situations directly to those responsible. All you need to do is provide the location, a brief description and suggestions for avoidance. Of course you can also attach a photo. You can also report new incidents directly while on the go. Here you record, among other things: Data on the injury, time and place as well as the nature of the accident.

It is also possible to fill out checklists for audits, documents or risk assessments on a mobile basis, with the associated measures being recorded directly. Thanks to the offline mode, you can use some functionalities such as editing checklists even if you do not have internet access - anytime and anywhere. The processing status can later be transferred to the desktop application in online mode and further processed.
