emSigner Scanner lets you scan QR codes using your phone's camera. Its reads digitally signed and encrypted QR Codes, which are generated on emsigner.com, a cloud signing platform and show the contents of the QR code on the emSigner Scanner app. emSigner Scanner work as a Hybrid. No Internet connection is required to scan the QR code.
