PBZ Mobile banking is a banking channel that enables PBZ customers to perform the different banking services in their PBZ account via mobile phone. The current services offered to customers are as follows:

• Balance inquiry

• Mini statement

• Airtime recharge

• Utility payments – payments to LUKU, DAWASCO, TTCL, StarTimes, Azam TV, Smile 4G, DSTV, NHC, ZUKU, Precision Air, Zanzibar Authorities, IBE Service, etc.

• Funds transfer – Account to account within PBZ, and to Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) wallet

• Full Statement

• Cheque book

• Foreign exchange (FX) rates

PBZ SMS banking service is secured and available wherever customer is throughout the country, whenever he/she want, provided that his/her mobile phone is connected to the network.
