In 2015, Thabang Kotsedi who is the founder was still persistent after all members have lost hope was joined by other members who are interested in changing the lives and careers through media and community.

The radio station was joined by more vibrant youth who are determined to take development initiatives as their priority in their community.

History of the Organization

Western Cape FM radio station was started on the 1st September 2014 with only 9 members.

The initiative collapsed because of knowledge with regards to proper channels as well as lack of operational structures.

Only the founder was persistent to continue with his dream despite all the challenges prevailing to him. The vision is to put Western Cape FM 92.8 as a landmark for investment and become the catern raiser for socio economic development.
