Calculation of the body fat in percent with different methods.
The app helps to calculate the body fat percentage value in 4 different ways. For the very simple Navy method a simple measuring tape is sufficient. For the other more precise Jackson&Pollock or NCHA (National Healthcare of America) method a body fat caliper is necessary.
