To further enhance the experience of a guest staying at ITC Grand Bharat, ITC Hotels offers the new ‘Way Finder’ application which actively guides the guest to the desired location within ITC Grand Bharat at a touch of an icon on a touch enabled smartphone during his/her stay at the hotel. The automated application providing digitized directions and navigation between two pre-determined points of interest within ITC Grand Bharat along with warning prompts in case of wrong route selection or deviation for the selected path is designed to offer location accuracy of around 5 meters.

With the new ‘Way Finder’ application, you get the following services at touch of a button:

Indoor & Outdoor Navigation

Navigation to and from various Points of Interest (POI) in the hotel including generation of a map from point A to B, along with directions.

Step-by-step navigation, as the guest moves physically between points A and B (With current location blinking and changing as he or she moves)

Pick Me up Service

Guests, if stranded can request for help via message

Request for a golf cart

Call the main reception in case for help requirements

Location Sensitive Reminders/Promotions

A reminder appears on Guest’s mobile when he is near a point of interest offering him timely promotions and packages
