Created in collaboration with sleep experts Dr. Fiona Barwick and Dr. Stanley Liu from Stanford University and video game therapy expert Dr. Ryan Kelly, Pocket Kado is the first app to deliver CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia) in the form of gameplay. While traditional sleep therapy is effective, it is often costly and inaccessible. Pocket Kado aims to make CBT-I globally accessible and affordable - all through an engaging and interactive experience.
