iTop mobile for End User

iTop mobile « End User » is the application dedicated to end-users

iTop mobile « End User » is the mobile application developed by Infotel and dedicated to Combodo iTop solution end-users. It gives mobile capabilities to iTop (push notifications, SMS notifications, communications, request approval …)

This is our very first version of this application. Other capabilities will come soon.

The functionalities available now are:

For all « end users » :

• Receive standard iTop users communications on the mobile

• View, create, update « my requests »

• View, create, update « my incidents »

For a manager, you will have also :

• Graphics synopsis of my department P1 tickets

• View requests in my department

• View incidents in my department

• View / Approve / Rejects request that need my approval.
