The Johnson & Johnson BE VITAL App is a social networking resource designed to connect university students with Johnson & Johnson mentors to help them transition from campus to career, and discover Johnson & Johnson.

Created by the Johnson & Johnson Talent Acquisition team, the App provides a personalized, digital experience for university students that empowers meaningful interactions between students and mentors.

Students create profiles to include their university, major, and expected year of graduation, and are matched to Johnson & Johnson mentors that have similar backgrounds – industry, university, and interests.

Students build career focused one-on-one conversations with mentors on topics including, establishing a personal brand, interview tips, and understanding a potential career path within one of the Johnson & Johnson companies. They can also read insightful articles in the Career Guide and follow the latest Johnson & Johnson innovations in the News section.
