With JANIS Logistics you can organize your delivery routes for one or multiple orders, monitoring progress in real time, sending proximity alerts, delivery, incidents or deviations, significantly improving the traceability of the operation and the quality of your service.

Routing

JANIS organizes routing in an intelligent way, distributing delivery commitments among different operators, vehicles and capacities, all configurable and easy to manage. The load balancer will allow you to choose the best option and delivery method, with the operator counting on the mobile App to record each step, advance or incident during the delivery process.

Fleet, capacity and vehicle type management

You can easily configure all types of vehicles (truck, van, motorcycle, bicycle, etc.) with their capabilities, which will determine the ability of each one to deliver one or more orders on the same route, organizing order, priorities and progress.

Dispatch control

This functionality will allow to quickly identify that the route was supplied with all the products or packages that make up the delivery, leaving an exact record of said validation for internal control.

Vehicle loading (Filo & Lifo)

The loading assistant helps to order the entry of merchandise into multiple route vehicles (multiple orders in the same dispatch rite), so that the products of the first deliveries are the last to be loaded and are immediately available, in the correct order (first in, last out / last in, first out), reducing delivery gaps due to mismanagement of the order.

Control of deliveries

As in the dispatch instance, the operator will be able to carry out a quick delivery control, guaranteeing that the client receives in time and form all the products and packages corresponding to his order form.

Incidents during delivery

JANIS allows you to manage the types of possible incidents during delivery, so that the logistics operator will be able to record any incident that may occur at the same time of delivery, immediately generating the necessary alerts for its agile resolution.

Incorrect address, customer rejects product for being in poor condition, among others, are some of the options by way of example that you can customize according to your type of operation, generating and recording the necessary evidence for its registration, treatment and resolution within of the SLAs determined for each case.
