Escalation Matrix is an app used for solving complaints and keeping track of it.

Here Admin, Manager and Executives can raise tickets again anyone and get there complaint replied by the person in the maximum time limited allotted for the particular ticket.

If an user against whom the ticket is raised do not reply in the given period of time, then a reminder is send to the manager of that particular department, if manager doesn't reply to the ticket then a reminder is send to Admin to take the respective action.

Every time a ticket is raised against a user he or she gets a notification of the ticket.

At the end of every day admin can receive reports regarding the open and closed tickets.
