AAA Properties prioritises comfort and ease of modern living. We specializes in large scale property development projects in several prestigious areas such as Jakarta, Bogor, Surabaya, and other metropolitan city. Our portfolios consist of township, superblock, apartment, office tower, mall, industrial estate, warehouse, hotel, and many more.

Agung Alam Anugrah Properties began as a contractor company of shophouses, pioneered by Ir. Henky Soesanto in 1978. Our first project was building 300 homes in a residential complex owned by Sinar Galaxy Company. Over the past three decades, AAA properties has developed its portfolio in various regions in Indonesia through investment contributions from affiliated companies.

In 2014, AAA has successfully offers an integrated and most modern warehouses complex in Surabaya, Bumi Benowo. It soon followed by another success of shop houses project in several areas in Surabaya.

AAA properties still has many projects in preparation and negotiation, with total planned area of approximately 200 hectares
