Beneath The Skin offers relationship and resources to teens and young adults through mentoring and communities. Through these relationships and resources we work to decrease common struggles such as anxiety, isolation, self harm, etc. and increase self worth, social ability, and overall mental health.

- We believe everyone needs that one person that they can be vulnerable around, lean on, and rejoice with.

- We provide resources to anyone in need including a live 24/7 chat, free ebooks on common struggles and connections to benefit overall mental health.

Everyone is welcome, everyone is accepted, no matter what your past may look like, your present struggle may be, or what your future may hold. You have a place with us, you are accepted and loved here. Let’s work together to decrease suicide, anxiety, depression, self harm, bullying, etc. By partnering to limit isolation, promote self love and worthiness, and be there for one another.
