BoxComm is a communication tool designed to keep Boxer managers updated and informed on a real time basis. Emails can sometimes be over looked during a busy day and vital information can therefore be lost. It is extremely important that Boxer managers are well informed and handed relevant information to make the right decisions for their stores. Together, Marketing, Buying and the Operational teams will share pertinent information via this channel. BoxComm ensures that all the information managers require to make informed decisions are at their fingertips. The real time response feature of this application further ensures that important aspects are covered within immediate effect. Information shared on this platform can be regional or national. BoxComm will be managed and maintained within the Marketing Department. Boxer Managers will receive a password to access this app once downloaded onto their smartphones and only they are allowed to view the information shared on the app. As mentioned, there will be different fields to this app, such as: Trade Alerts, News, Calendar, Gallery, Contacts, Website, Personalise & Resources. Each of these fields will be explained in detail during the app training phase. This exciting tool cuts out the ‘middleman’ and gets you straight to the crux of the matter.
