The Company’s goal is to fill the gap in providing better quality services to Customers by Connecting Customers And Professionals (CAP) under one umbrella. CAP services has proved its excellence by providing Service Professionals to customer locations via Web, Mobile and Toll free support with the objective of providing best customer satisfaction for their services all over Kerala, India.

A Professional (Daily wage worker, Electrician, Plumber, Wire man, A/C Repairers, Painter, Interior Designers, House Cleaners ,Maid Service , a Part Time teacher etc. (It can be any profession)) Or Service Agency (Any small scale Business owner) can register with CAP using the Registration link on the Register As button.

Once the registration completes, a Job Profile will be created for each professional or Service Agency.

Depending on the Skill set and Location, New services will be assigned (We call it as new CAP Service) to the Job profile with a time period to react.

Once a new Service is assigned to a Professional/Service Agency, CAP hub is not answerable to any issues or problems created by users.

Follow up reminders and email will be continued from the system with the CAP service request until the Service requests gets closed and rate the Professional.

Professional experience with CAP can be shared using the Rate and Review through cap service's app.
