With the app, you can stay informed about your condo or association from anywhere!

Check out the available features:

View open bills from your unit and obtain duplicate slips (with automatic recalculation of fines and interest);

Make reservations and consult the availability of common spaces/services;

Access condominium news;

Access condominium/association documents (such as meeting minutes, convention or accountability documents).

Communicate with the trustee and administrators through self-service;

Create a relationship network through classifieds, lost and found, carpooling (easy ride);

IMPORTANT: before installing the application on your cell phone, make sure that it has already been purchased by your condominium administration. Without this requirement, it is not possible to install and use the system!

Then download and activate your access account. This activation can be carried out in two ways: through the invitation sent by email by your condominium administration or through the application itself (just click on the “Register” option, using the identifier number described in your slip).
