New item for Robbers!
Balance adjusted to make game easier for Robbers.
New item for Robbers - Scaffolding
Create scaffolding in the air and get to higher place.
Once it's made, It is not being disappeared.
It has 60sec of cool down and Cops can step on it as well.
Balance adjustment - Capture
Cool down of capture is increased.
Be more careful when you press capture button.
Cool down 0.7sec -> 2sec
