DataPod is a simple, adaptable system used by agencies to gain visibility into the field in order to optimize their business. DataPod is focused on providing a solution to simplify processes for field teams and their managers, by monitoring field representatives and managing the data they collect in real time.

DataPod helps us with field staff to perform customer service and field management functions, such as pushing replenishment orders, merchandising products on retail shelves, marketing, or performing regular trade development visits. DataPod enables us ensure the efficiency of our field teams, and greatly simplifies the collection and analysis of field data. As a result, DataPod helps us not only create a tight connection between our field and back-office operations but also present real time data to our clients enabling real-time decision making and progress tracking.

With three separate modules, we enable field staff report in real time the sales, stock, levels, stock out and any field activity parameter that we set, while back office maintains a clear view of what is happening in real time, further, the client has a real-time perspective of every KPI not to mention ability to produce own custom reports based on time, outlet, region, SKU etc.
