How to use

Signup for a free account on deirki.com/ffm

Create an account for agent under your account from Agents section in the dashboard

Put the user name and password in the app

How to assign a task to agent

Goto dashboard and click on create task

Enter the details and make sure you are picking the correct location from the map

If you want to assign this task to a specific agent choose his name or if you want this task to auto assign to any agent choose auto assign

Agent now will get a notification with sound like phone ringing

If the agent not accepts the task, it will keep ringing every 10 mins

How to complete a task

Agent will get notification whenever a new task is available

He can accept it to mark as accepted

He can always get the the phone number, location, directions at any time

When agent is going to start he should press the Start button

The manager handling ffm dash board can know that agent has started the task

When the agent arrives at the destination he should press the arrived button on the task

He can add images and notes related to the task and he can either mark failure or success for the task
