Connect via a digital video call to complete the customer identification process
HashChing's VOI (Verification of Identity) solution allows for Brokers and their customers to connect via a digital video call to complete the customer identification process.
A Customer will be able to supply identity and other documentation to the broker by photographing these documents using their mobile device.
The video call will include the capturing and collection of the following:
• A ‘selfie’ image of the Customer
• Images / photos of the Customers ID documents and other supporting documents
• Identity verification using facial biometrics
• Document authenticity checks
• Recording of the customers location
All video calls are recorded for compliance purposes. Use of the App can only be initiated by an authorized Broker who issues the relevant call request to a Customer.
