LTD. is based and focused to assist the Banks /Financial Institutions within the state of Jammu & Kashmir and within India to resolve NPA under the Securitization and Reconstruction of financial Assets and enforcement of Security interest Act-2002 (SARFAESI Act-2002) with the objective of diligent management and optimal recovery, herby relieving Banks & financial Institutions from the Burden of Non Performing Assets and allowing them to focus on the core activities.

For taking-over possession of secured assets like industrial units, Residential Houses, Commercial Buildings and Shops/establishments etc throughout the State of Jammu and Kashmir by the way of legal means abiding the India’s and J&K state’s constitution bindances by selling the same through public auction and private treaty or by third party treaty sales by following the procedures laid down in law and establish good will to recover the outstanding dues.

We started the operations in a modest way by setting up an Recovery Agency in the year 2009-2010. After establishing contacts with the local Banking and financial institutions, we branched into NPA Recovery Agency work of Leading Nationalized Banks. The activities came of age with the establishment of spectrum of ancillary services like Stressed Asset Resolution, Auctioning of Properties and providing related security services. With the advent of SARFAESI act in the year 2002-2003, corporate entity was established and Professionals were inducted into the core team of the Company.

From there was no looking back and we are today a leading Stressed Assets Resolution Agency associated with most of the leading Nationalized Banks and Pvt. Banks in J&K State. To meet the increasing complexities of Recovery mechanism, we have inducted more synergized dynamic young minds and retired senior banking and other Professionals in our core team.
