Use the MAR Health & Performance member app for registering for large group classes, semi-private classes, events, specials camps and the various membership levels we offer. With the App you can select classes, sign up for services and access your MAR membership.

MAR is a facility specifically designed to help you get the results you’ve been looking for. We have programs that fit any goal from general health and functionality to high end performance. Programs consist of group training, private training and open access focusing on the perfect combination of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and movement quality training. This combination is initially determined by a thorough yet painless assessment and then managed during your time with us. Coupled with additional means of support including but not limited to nutrition and recovery coaching and metabolic testing, we believe that MAR has all the tools required to be the primary place for your health and fitness needs.
