Noti Dialer makes it quick and easy to dial a call from your lock screen or from Notification Panel. You do no need to unlock your phone to dial a call.

If you are playing a game using using any app & you need to make a urgent call. You can pull the notification panel to make a quick call.

Call Access - to make a call on specific contact.

Record Audio Access - to record audio as a voice text command.

Display Over Other apps - to open Floating Dialer as a popup window.
