PAMs Manager provides a condominium manager the facility to manage the complaints filed by the condominium residents. By using a smart phone, the condominium manager can categorize a complaint, seek clarification from the complainant, and assign an assignee to resolve the complaint.
After the complaint is resolved, the condominium manager can verify the resolution, and then notify the complainant.
