The Prehab Guys is an educational platform that teaches people how to take control of their own health through physical therapy workouts. We are Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strengthening & Conditioning Specialists with years of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine. We want to provide people all over the world with the RIGHT information at the RIGHT time, regardless of their location or access to quality health care.

The Prehab app is separate from the prehabx membership. Your prehabx login credentials are not compatible with this application. You must be 18 or older to use the app.
