The Silverado Hospice referral app provides a convenient and expedited way for all healthcare providers including physicians, hospital staff, and facility staff to refer a patient for services.
It is most convenient for PAs, MAs, Case Managers, Social Workers and other staff as they will need to prep only minimal referral information into the app, have the doctor sign with a stylus or finger and select the Submit button. The app will also allow you to call the location nearest to you when making a referral and let you submit Physicians Orders.
