A must have application for all barbell using athletes. Simply input the weight and repetitions you've already completed and the result is an approximation of your one rep max.
Also comes with a variable rep max calculator where you can find the max amount of weight you can use for the amount of reps you want depending on a max you've already performed. Useful for burnout and max effort sets.
Also included is a percentage finder that is useful for athletes that need to know the percentages of each lift they're performing.

The calculations done by this app are estimates and can sometimes be inaccurate depending on training styles and other factors. To keep calculations as accurate as possible, try to keep repetitions less than or equal to ten. Always practice safety when training.
