Short how-to guide:

2.Then sit straight, like you want to be sitting during your business.

3.App will not disturb you, until your sitting posture is bad.

4.If the application gives a signal too often, or you just need not to fall asleep, you can configure the accuracy spread slider in the way you feel comfortable

5.If you changed your location, or location of your smartphone, or just want to set up everything again, tap "Calibrate again".
