TechnoPurple Grievance App has been designed for citizens of designated regions. When there complaint regarding public facilities, citizens can raise grievance alert through this app.
It will trigger an automated task to the concerned authority for rectification of grievance in a timely manner.
This app is only supposed to be used in combination with citizen facing app rolled out in designated locations.
