YouMatter is an initiative that hopes for all people to see that they are valued and loved -- no one has to be alone in their struggles. We started the campaign, "You Matter" on 15 March 2016 and began to spread this message to empower people to share hope and celebrate life. Feature Overview
• Record your emotions and activities with journal entries
• Receive mystery items daily and open them to discover surprising and encouraging content
• Get community support from encouraging posts by other users in the public feed
• Overview of your profile to keep track of your emotional activities for last 2 weeks
Journal Entry
Pick your mood and add activities you have been doing during the day. You can input journal entries and keep an old school diary to record your emotions. The journal feature tracks your recorded moods and emotional activities and presents an overview of your emotions for the past two weeks. This format will help you to understand yourself better. Keep track of your activities and create patterns to become more productive!
Mystery Box
Receive random mystery items daily, keeping you excited and encouraged!
Encouragement Feed
Support one another and get encouragement by posting messages to the feed and view posts by other users.
Profile
View your past emotional activities to gain more awareness and understanding about yourself

Thank you for your support and we truly believe that a simple app like this can help bring about awareness to mental well-being. Unfortunately, due to resource constraints, we are removing the "Chat with Counsellor" feature, where users can chat one-on-one with a professional. Though we are sad to see this go, we believe that through the journal entry and encouragement feed features, you can still experience mental well-being.
