It has 6 aspects:

In this section, you can browse and decide what type of advice you need and then send the information to the doctor via a secure email.

The doctor will get back to you within 24 hours of messaging. Please do not send information on health issues that require emergency care; as the doctor cannot provide such care. If your condition requires an urgent attention, please go to the hospital and do not wait for the doctor to respond before taking action.

2. Sign out.

This button securely signs you out of the app. Once done, you have to sign back in - but this is usually a simpler and straight forward non registration system - as the app would have recorded the information for easier resign in.

3. Premium access -

This section is for admin purposes as well as for those persons that will demand a chat with a doctor. You would be given an admin access to use for that purpose only.

4. Privacy issues

We value the information you share with us/ Consequently, we do have in place a privacy policy that seeks to protect your confidentiality. Doctors that you interact with are also aware of this. However, we would like you to know that whilst you access the app for advice, you have signed in based on accepting our terms and conditions that worthy works Ltd would not be liable to any delay in the diagnosis of your illness and that you would still need to seek a second opinion, should the advice from our team not have sorted your clinical state.
