Brown Hornet Fitness was founded in 2014 by Roland Morgan. We opened our first state-of-the-art personal training studio in Vineland in 2016. Our goal is to make you “Better Than Before.”

Our primary services are one-on-one personal training sessions and group training classes. We also offer Police Academy Training Prep, Bodybuilding Posing Coaching, Cardio Boxing, FitCamp Parties and more.

BHF Trainers develop an exercise prescription specific to each client’s fitness goals. We develop and demonstrate a safe, effective exercise program, supervise and spot clients and maintain progress records.

Our Trainers also educate on healthy lifestyles and encourage eventual independent exercisers.

Our signature group training class is a blend of Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training and Resistance Training, all combined with perpetual movement. FitCamp will assist with goals of weight loss, toning, definition and cardiovascular endurance.
