यो अफ लाइनबाट पनि चलाउन, जानकारी लिन सकिने एक किसिमको अफलाइन एन्द्रोइड एप्लिकेसन हो । यसमा नेपालको संविधान २०७२ का ३५ भाग, ३०८ धारा र ९ अनुसुचिमा रहेका प्रत्येक नियन तथा कानुनहरु लाई जस्ताको तस्तै राखिएको छ । यो नेपाल सरकारले जारी गरेको नेपालको संविधान २०७२ को मोबाइलबाट सजिलै चलाउन सकिने एक प्रकारको नेपालको संविधान हो भन्दा फरक पर्दैन । यसमा नेपालको संविधान २०७२ लाई नछुटाईकन सुचिबद्घ ग्ीरएको छ ।
