celebrities from the local community. ECASS Radio keeps you in the

know! ECASS (Every Caring Act Supports Someone) is a C.I.C which

is a special form of non-charitable Limited company which exists

primarily to benefit the Portsmouth community supporting those who

are struggling with various issues in life from alcohol and

substance abuse, debt issues, cost of living, employment advice,
