This session focuses on helping you overcome codependency. Not sure if you are codependent? See if any of the following statements sound familiar to you.
People with codependency problems experience the following symptoms:
Do you feel most comfortable when giving to others?
Do you tend to find needy people to take care of?
Do you try to please others instead of yourself?
Do you have an overdeveloped sense of responsibility to help others?
Do you feel anxiety, pity, and guilt when other people have a problem?
Do you wonder why people do not help you in return?
Do you try to be all things to all people all the time no matter what the cost?
Do you have a lot of difficulty saying “no” to people?
Do you get angry when somebody refuses your help or doesn't take your advice?
Are you afraid of making mistakes?
Do you become self-righteous with phrases like "I would NEVER do that...."
Do you try to be perfect, and expect others to be perfect?
Usually, if you are experiencing two or more of these symptoms, you are probably suffering from codependency.
