LEA (Light Answers & Expert Advice) uses Natural Language Processing and AI to figure out your chat/questions and processes it to search for precise usable answers and advice. At times if the information you are looking for is not available (from any reliable source), LEA contacts real world experts to help you.You can even chat with the experts to drill deeper till you get what you are looking for.

Advice on almost everything can be found here, be it sport equipment or instruction, be it history or current affairs, fact or fiction, movies, food and wine, religion, sex, health, travel destinations, train schedules, law, even personal advice from psychologists and counselors.

When you ask for advice LEA takes a few seconds to understand what you mean (by running over 40 Natural Language and Artificial Intelligence algorithms) and dispatches our minions to look for the information within those domains. At the same time LEA displays that query to experts within the domain who have an option to answer it or further contribute to answers given by Lightbot or other real experts.

What if you have a simple query- like cast of a movie, price of a product, celebrity facts, etc.. LEA will give you an instant answer. As an expert you can also ask your audience (customers, students, fans, etc.) to access you via your @handle on the app so that they can then reach you without really intruding your private space. You will also be able to allow the Lightbot to answer some questions from specific resources that you authorize (e.g your website, documents, brochures, etc)
