Your device time is not accurate.

MaruWatch displays the accurate ime in seconds using NTP.

Use this if you need to know the exact time.(enrollment, ticket reservation, etc)

Also the floating clock on screen, called mini watch, is useful.

The clock on the device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) is not accurate.

In case of a mobile phone, when it is first turned on, it reads the time on the radio signal from the base station to adjust the time and date of the phone. From that time, the time lapse is calculated using the internal oscillator to display the time. It is therefore more likely to deviate over time.

The MaruWatch display mean time by default.

ntp.org manages mean time, and when you run the MaruWatch, you link them to read mean time. And even if you keep your MaruWatch on, it'll be synchronized over an hour of reading time for accuracy.

The display information at the bottom of MaruWatch shows the difference between the time inside the instrument and mean time.

However, due to the slight delay that may occur during mean time reading, MaruWatch may also be slightly slower than the ideal time. Therefore, if there is a clock that is slower than MaruWatch, it is less accurate.

Other watches( like game server ) eventually read and display mean time, but they differ from MaruWatch for various reasons.

If you want to set the same alignment as them, try using the "Adjustment" feature. You can set it faster or slower in 0.1 second unit.
