The Meat Purchasing and Specification Guide is a FREE App with a meat/food ordering application. The App allows users to add other product/sundries categories to make it more user friendly.

The app allows chefs, caterers, meat buyers, butchers, meat cutters, boners and retailers to scroll through over 600 beef, veal, lamb, pork, mutton, offal and animal by-products cuts with links to online meat cutting specifications.

The App contains primal meat cuts from the hindquarter and forequarter. Retail and foodservice cuts like roasting joints, steaks, daubes, ribs, chops, racks, dice, stir-fry, mince, burgers, sausages, offal and variety meat cuts.

The App contains links to a wide range of recipe ideas, costing calculators, meat yield information and butchery and cooking videos.

Users can create a food library and store their own recipe and cooking notes. Meat cuts and food products ordered regularly can be stored in a favourite’s area, to make ordering easier.

All meat cuts and products are added to a shopping basket which can be e-mailed to any preferred supplier, with detailed quantities and weights, ensuring their orders are exactly as specified.
