Otis eCall™ Preview app by Otis Elevator is a demonstration version of the Otis eCall™ app. The preview app displays the features of Otis eCall™ without using the cellular network. The user may view the features by pressing the “Get Access” during initial setup without entering a building identifier or email address.

Otis eCall™ app by Otis Elevator is a new way to use your Gen2 elevator Otis eCall connects with your smart phone to remotely call your elevator at home, at work. You don’t need to touch elevator buttons anymore. It is as simple as holding your smartphone in your hand. Drag the number of your current floor location and drop it on the desired destination floor number. The Otis eCall screen confirms your location and requested destination. Less waiting, more convenience. When you enter the elevator, the control panel already reflects your desired destination without pressing any buttons. At home: A better living experience. Your home is more comfortable and convenient when you can call the elevator in advance. Works with cellular network or WIFI to quickly call the elevator. At work: A more efficient workplace.
