As far as ship-girl games go, countless have been made and fallen by the wayside ever since Kantai Collection first broke that market wide open. Despite the few but notable flaws this game has, I'd sooner rate this higher than more mainstream games like Azure Lane. Transparent gacha percentages and an easy way to earn the roll tickets ensure that at some point, in some way, you're gonna get yourself a 5★. Right now it requires the fast creation tickets as well, which I think is a hindrance for the basic gacha. But that's just my opinion. The combat is also just as simple, and is for all practical purposes a marked improvement over the Shoot-'Em-Up mechanics of AL. Late game leveling is a bit of a hurdle, but that's standard fare. I think my only issue with the game is that your starter roll is a single instead of a x10. I haven't quite figured out how to get the Fantasy / Costume Gacha tickets yet either, which are required to change the base background. Otherwise the animations are smooth and the quality is decent for a 3D mobile game, and you can change the FPS between 30/60.

All in all, it's a solid game that's been out for maybe a year and a half or so and finally gotten an English release. It's worth giving a shot if you don't want to wind up on an FBI watchlist for playing Azure Lane.
