Lineage 2: Revolution is proof that something like the MMORPG format can work on mobile. It's a best-in-class MMORPG that combines beautiful visuals with easy-to-follow menus and instructions, but it relies a lot on auto-play and very basic mission structures that sadly take away most of the action away from the player.I'll say this, if it didn't have Auto Play it would be one of my favorite games..You can directly control your character if you so wish, but there's no incentive to. The analogue stick is a little fiddly, and the computer is much better at fighting than you, so you might as well just let the game play itself. To stop this from getting too dull, the fights themselves look magnificent. Your character animations are ridiculously over-the-top, and every area is littered with enemies to kill, allowing you to grind out missions in mere seconds. You never feel too overwhelmed by the action either. There's an isometric view to prevent you seeing too much of the world and freaking out, and character systems are slowly opened up to you as you progress, so you don't end up lost in menus straight away. It's also very generous with its early-game rewards, allowing you to rapidly grow to a point at which you're destroying hordes of enemies without the usual beginning grind. There's no mistaking that Lineage 2: Revolution is a wonderful game. It's a great first entry for newcomers to the MMORPG genre, and it promises plenty of content for hardcore fans to sink hundreds of hours into.Auto-play could be the main sticking point for most people -either you'll appreciate not having to perform repetitive actions to grind levels, or you'll be bored by a lack of control over the game.If you're the former, then this is an essential game to add to your collection. For people in the latter camp, it's still worth checking out just to see how good an MMORPG really can be. #Review #MMO #Game #ASKpure
Limited character creation BDO this is not. Gender locked classes. If that's not important to you you'll probably find some fun here.
My Favorite Game
I have been playing PC MMORPGs since around 1994, alpha and beta testing several games along the way. Lineage II has been my my favorite PC MMORPG to date, overall. Since I began playing mobile games, I have been wishing that NC Soft would develop a version of Lineage 2 for mobile devices. I was very excited when I learned that NC Soft and netmarble were bringing Lineage 2:Revolution to the mobile gaming market. Overall, I am very happy with the game. My only criticisms are that, unlike Lineage II (PC) where layers can choose to play male or female characters of any race, each race has a fixed gender in Lineage 2: Revolution, there is no in-game mail system, the in-game chat is too limited, in terms of the number of allowable characters per "line", the text sensor is glitchy, and the glitches with Google Translate found in other games had carried over to this game. This may sound like a long list, but most are small, easily fixable problems. I can't wait to see what the developers have in store for the future of the game. Great job!
Great game
This game can keep me occupied for hours. So many quests, beautiful graphics and can easily play without having to pay. I'm enjoying this immensely. Just wish it could cross platforms easier
Great game! Nice for people with a busy lifestyle. Auto battle allows for grinding in the experience dungeons while you sleep etc... If you are looking g for something fun that you do not have to invest massive amounts of time in, this is the game for You! Server-Cruma1, Character- Critica
