In partnership with Salaso, Spectrum Health customers’ gain access to an app that will allow them follow and track their exercise programmes more effectively which will lead to quicker recovery times. The app was created by physiotherapists for people of all ages who play sports or exercise.

The app provides you with high quality HD videos of your rehab exercises prescribed by your physiotherapist or doctor. All exercises have been filmed in line with best-practice in e-learning. There is no more guesswork whether your technique is correct as you can perform the exercises along with our professionally trained models. Proper technique is the key to helping you recover faster from injury.

The app is innovative and visually engaging. You can track your progress with interactive rating scales and charts for personal goal-setting, exercise completion, exercise effort and pain. Feel empowered and in control of your recovery.
