We take the guesswork out of the gym experience. We’re here for you every step of the way. Programs custom to your needs, we help you to develop a deep understanding of your body and how it moves, and work to improve all aspects of your movement.

Do you have injuries? Do you have goals? Have you been frustrated with your fitness experience? We offer short contracts, simple options (no upselling), a non-commission staff who only have your best interests at heart, and professional equipment. We have created a system where our staff work as a team with someone always on the floor to assist you with whatever you need and a programming protocol that allows us, in a semi-private environment, to give you personal training results at a fraction of the price.

We start with a FREE assessment that will take about an hour. At the end of the assessment, you’ll understand our system and can decide if it’s a good fit. If it is, we’ll go over our small option set (all packages are all-inclusive - again, we don’t upsell), and book you in for your first instructional! If it’s not a good fit, we’ll give you a summary of what we’ve found in the assessment, so that you can take that to whatever fitness professional or system you choose to go to for your benefit.
