Swap-A-Park is a crowdsourcing community of drivers that have banded together to reclaim their Time, Sanity and Money and rid themselves of hours of street parking angst. Gone are the days of feeling like a “stalker” as you slowly trail behind pedestrians, in hopes they are leaving a spot because you’ve been circling for the last 20, 30, 45 minutes or more. Swap-A-Park alleviates the burden of after-work and after-hour parking stress by providing a platform to be notified when and where a street parking space is available. With parking prices sky high in most cities, Swap-A-Park puts the power of paying for parking back in the hands of all drivers at a fraction of the costs.

Swap-A-Park will be helpful when traveling to areas with scarce parking such as work, school, concerts, arenas, shopping areas and major cities with limited metered or street parking and heavily populated residential areas. No longer are we bound by time constraints in order to find decent parking in our neighborhoods. Driving to a concert, to work, or to the theater? With Swap-A-Park, you will no longer be a victim of these parking lot facilities that prey on drivers urgently needing a space and “mysteriously” inflating parking prices every time there is an event in town or during peak hours...What nerve! With Swap-A-Park, countless hours of circling and these exorbitant parking prices can be a thing of the past. The Swap-A-Park community stands united and we have taken back our power. How It’s Done:

Users within the Swap-A-Park community application are known as a “SWAPPER”. A “SWAPPER” can either be a “LISTER” (one who is posting their listing) or a “SEEKER” (one who is looking for a listing ).

Users will create a profile to include their vehicle and payment information as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and a picture of their vehicle. You will be able to save as a favorite your most visited areas which will allow you to be notified if a “SEEKER” has put in a request that you are able to accommodate. As a “SWAPPER” we compensate one another for simply securing a listing. Through a detailed map of street parking availability (free and metered), a “LISTER” is now able to share their exact time of departure with a “SEEKER” looking for listings within their desired area. A “SEEKER” can now filter through available street parking listings (posted by their fellow “SWAPPER”) and choose from listings and times that work for them.

Should no listings exists in your specific area, don’t fret, you can put up a request for where you are seeking and anyonyone that has saved your requested location as a favorite, will get a notification that someone is currently seeking in the area.

Swap-A-Park Compensation and Rewards:

For a nominal fee incurred by the ”SEEKER”, a “LISTER” is Compensated once their listing has been purchased and acknowledged within the Swap-A-Park app.

Once the listing has been selected by a “SEEKER and acknowledged by the “LISTER”, the “SEEKER” is Rewarded for purchasing the listing and earns one (1) SWAP Credit towards a future SWAP purchase. It’s that simple!

Swap-A-Park Membership:

Annual membership enrollment while not required to utilize the service, is available for those looking to earn higher rebates at lower SWAP costs. The cost of Membership is $20 and will be billed on the anniversary date of the initial enrollment to the payment method on file.
