About The Theme

Every year we bring up themes and tracks that accentuate the grandeur of this human life, we are all blessed with.

For 2022, a lot of thought was poured into how to take off the conversation right where we ended in 2021.

In 2021’s Raising Consciousness Through Coaching, we explored the three basic desires including Expression, Connection and Contribution.

The Coaching Conclave 2022 is set at the confluence of these three desires and how we can tap into the same. Building on the success of previous conclaves, Tapping Into The True Essence of Coaching…Life is our banner theme, with three tracks to explore the deeper meaning.

Awareness

Awareness is your sanctum sanctorum to the multiverse of possibilities.

It is the greatest gift that you can give to yourself and others. Only awareness can provide us with the right direction to explore WHO we are, WHAT we think we are and WHAT we actually are.

With awareness, we can bridge that gap between WHAT we think we are and WHO we actually are.

This awareness of Who I Am is the true expression of a man’s being.

Acceptance

The epicentre of any connection is you. If you are truly connected and in acceptance with your expression of WHO you are and WHAT you are, that’s where the desire is fulfilled.

Acceptance is saying yes to what is in present. Once acceptance breeds inside us, we become aligned with truth. And isn’t the whole life, an act of staying true to yourself?

Once you have awareness, only then you will be able to move into acceptance.

Appreciation

With Awareness and Acceptance, you gain new access to your being. You become conscious of the roles you play in the lives of others and vice-versa.

That’s when true appreciation comes into the picture.

When we are willing to appreciate what we have to offer without comparisons and judgments is a heightened level of being.

When we have gratitude for everything we have and everything we do, life works for us and not against us.

With this blossomed sense of Appreciation, you become a conscious contributor to everyone around you through your actions.
