About L'âme - ar-Rouh, Ibn Qayyim

The soul - ar-Ruh, Ibn Al-Qayyem Jawziyah

Ibn Al-Qayyem Jawziyah

SOUL "Ar-Rooh"

Everything concerning the souls of the living and the dead, drawn from the Book and the Tradition

Praise be to Allah who is qualified by the perfection and munificence, who knows what existed, what exists and what will exist, who decreed death to all creatures by equalizing the king and slave, rich and the poor, the noble and the base, the subject and the rebellious inhabitants of the heavens and the earth; who will judge people fairly in the hereafter, which collects the soul of the one who populated the lower world, adorned the buildings and lives down world that is not the eternal abode of the living; which also collects the soul of the one who deploys its efforts to reform its future life taking down the world to a sea where the ships sail of his good works. What difference is there between the output of the souls of these two individuals? as that of the second will be the happiness and delight, while the other will receive the disappointment, unhappiness and pain. One will be in Paradise to move about and then come back to retire to lanterns hung on the throne and live in pleasure and well-being, on the other, it will be confined to suffer the punishment of Hell.

I testify that there is no god but Allah, the One and has no partner. A God who testified of His love for His servants with His blessings (be glorified and exalted), granting them His gifts and filling of His beneficence. We ask for His protection against all of the termination. To him (he be blessed and exalted) belong the glory, praise,

recognition, thanks, Creation, the command and the best compliments.

I bear witness that Muhammad (Allah bless him) is His servant and His Messenger in the right spirit and pure body, the master of Adam's children, and the best who prayed, to whom revelations were descended and the glorious Book. And who is truer than Allah's word, He who said, "And they ask you about the soul. Say: "The soul belongs to the order of my Lord." And they did not give you that bit of knowledge "[Quran XVII, 85].

And peace be on his Companions who made the best generation, well-guided and which have not changed in their commitment. Pray for them a prayer continues as long as the last two and earth until Allah (to Him the power and glory) will inherit the earth and everything in it, the day of Accounts and exposure .

Then it's a book that is rich in interest and value, and original in its genre and content. It includes all matters concerning the soul of the living and the dead, drawn from the Book of the tradition and the sayings of scholars.
