Marifatullah - Mengenal Allah

Marifatullah is not interpreted merely as a literal meaning

Ma'rifatullah (knowing Allah) is not recognizing the essence of Allah, because this is impossible to reach by limited human capacity. Because how can this finite human recognize something that is infinite? A glass of milk that a person makes will never know what the person who has made it looks like is a glass of milk.
