mForm is a dynamic data collection and data visualization platform.

This application lets the users create projects and survey forms dynamically. It provides multiple question types such as Text, Numeric, Date, Single and Multi-Select, Nested Questions, Location, Image and so on. The app works online and offline, and the data will be synced whenever there is network availability.
